Our toy lending library offers high-quality toys and learning materials for families to borrow for free to enhance playtime, promote learning, and exploring new interests. The Toy Library Coordinator can help choose toys based on your child's needs and interests.
About Toy & Book Lending Library
At the Parent Resource Centre (PRC), we know that PLAY is one of the most important aspects of early childhood development. Our collection is carefully chosen to support children’s growth.
PRC’s FREE Toy & Book Lending Library provides children with the opportunity to bring up to 3 toys and 4 books for 2 weeks at a time.
Our Early Childhood Development Specialists are on-hand to help parents select developmentally appropriate toys for their children at every stage of their early learning.

Library Hours
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
(Closed Mondays)
