Julienne Nyiratwagirimfura

Julienne is a parent and finance professional with more than twelve years of experience in internal audit, financial oversight, risk management, and organizational governance. Her professional career includes senior leadership experience at the Central Bank of Rwanda, where she worked on strengthening financial controls, assessing risks, supporting regulatory compliance, and improving organizational processes. 

As Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee at the Parent Resource Centre, Julienne is passionate about contributing her experience to an organization that supports parents, families, and the broader community. She is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of the Centre’s resources, while helping strengthen its long-term financial sustainability and ability to deliver on its mission. 

Julienne holds a First-Class Master of Financial Management and a First-Class Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA). 

Outside of her professional work, Julienne enjoys contributing to her community and supporting initiatives that help families and create stronger, more inclusive communities.
