Lee Stanistreet

Lee Stanistreet RECE, BSc, MEd, has over 20 years of experience in various childcare, early learning, and school environments. Her work includes facilitation, teaching, and leadership roles in early childhood education. Lee's broad experience covers a variety of settings, such as centre-based childcare programs, licensed home childcare, EarlyON family centres, before- and after-school programs, nursery schools, and classroom environments. 

Through these roles, she has built strong skills in instructional leadership, facilitating professional learning, and supporting educators in implementing inclusive, child-centred, and developmentally appropriate practices. Her work focuses on creating engaging learning environments that foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, while also enhancing educators' capacity through training and mentorship.
