Rosanne Janega

I grew up in Barrie Ontario and I have lived in the Orleans area of Ottawa for over 20 years. I am honoured to say that I am the mother of three amazing children, and a dog, Violet, who holds precious real estate in my heart.

With a diverse professional background, I have experience in sales and management which has prepared me for the path that brought me here, to the world of Human Service, Social Emotional Learning and Attachment Theory.

I hold a BA in Human Service and a Diploma in Child and Youth Care along with certifications in, but not limited to, IAT (Integrated Attachment Theory), NHA (Nurtured Heart Approach), CPS Tier 2 (Collaborative Problem Solving), CBT Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Trauma Informed Practice. My careers in education and clinical settings have inspired me to develop expertise in Attachment Theory with a focus on self awareness and self appreciation. I am a facilitator and educator in the field of mental wellness with a passion for standing alongside families and individuals as we navigate life’s hurdles and speed bumps.
