Neema Mohamed

Neema Mohamed is an RECE who joined the PRC team in 2015. She has been working with the EarlyOn program for over 9 years. Neema has gained experience throughout her career by working in community based childcare programs, as well as working as a home childcare provider in the Strathcona Heights neighbourhood for over 10 years.  She has a keen understanding of the needs of vulnerable families, as well as newcomer families. She speaks both English and Arabic, which has been very beneficial to many of our programs as we welcome families who thoroughly speak the Arabic language as a first language. Neema also completed some “train the trainer” courses such as Circle of Security Parenting and Positive Discipline Parenting. Neema offers workshops for parents in English and Arabic languages.
