Introduction to Tennis

Progressive Tennis is a program which allows young players to learn the basics and to play the game more quickly, efficiently and successfully. It’s a systematic progression of court sizes, balls, and racquets, to scale the game down to an appropriate level. The children will be provided with a racquet.

Parent and Baby Yoga

Enjoy a fun, relaxed class doing yoga with your baby and some baby massage along with singing, breathing and meditation. Baby and you will stretch and balance together in different yoga poses helping to support your postpartum healing and toning. Another activity will be some circle yoga as a group. The class is open for infants 6 weeks old to the creeping stage. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket and toy for your baby. Know it is okay to have some interruptions during the class e.g. needing to feed your baby. Just go with the flow!

Find the superhero in you. What kind of superpowers would you like to have? Join us for a week filled with activities designed around transforming yourself into a superhero. Projects will include making a costume, creating and exchanging superhero cards, designing a superhero logo, making a figurine version of your persona, and drawing and writing a comic featuring you, the superhero! Ages 8 to 12
